Shipping

Items are shipped from California, USA. We ship orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Deliveries to Canada take on average 20 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and cannot be shipped to international destinations. Other countries outside USA and Canada shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges. A shipping notification with tracking information will be provided via email to the buyer after the order is processed for shipping. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs associated with providing incorrect addresses or unsuccessful attempts for deliveries. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by common and other freight carriers. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Payment

PayPal and major credit cards are accepted. Using any major credit cards through PayPal is safe and secure. Sales tax of 10.25% is collected from CA residents. 

Out of Stock

We will keep you informed if your order is out-of-stock and unavailable. We will ship your product once it becomes available.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Special order items may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be in perfect, unused and new condition same as you received it with all original parts, documents, and packing materials for a refund. Items that are not defective and uninstalled may be returned from 14 business days of receiving the item. The buyer pays 25% restocking and all return shipping expenses. You have 14 business days from the issue date of RGA to return the item to iLumina Lighting. Please provide a tracking number once the returned item/s is shipped back. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, checked and processed the returned item.

If the return is due to incorrect or defective item, as a result of our error, please notify us within 3 business days after you have received the items and we will shoulder the cost of the return shipment. Note that images and pictures shown for an item may not be exact, use the description of the items to help you decide. Items received and checked to be faulty will be replaced or exchanged with the same item. Items that are ordered wrong, hotwired, incorrectly installed, altered, misused, and installation procedures was not followed are not considered as defective.

For any other reason, customer is responsible for return shipment. Returned items that are damaged or lost in shipping will not be refunded. Outbound shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping expense incurred on orders with free shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be given within 1-2 business days once the item has been received and checked. Estimated time to receive your refund is within 2 weeks after you mailed the package back to us. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time of 3 to 5 business days. The time it takes for us to process your return once we receive back the returned item is 1 to 2 business days and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request is 2 to 3 business days. While our policies are fixed for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
